Buy Online From China and Get It Delivered in Zambia

Why buying online from China is hard for most people in Zambia

Chinese online marketplaces are full of good products at very low prices, but most of them are built for buyers inside China. Product pages are in Chinese, many sellers want payment methods that foreign buyers cannot easily use, and a lot of sellers simply do not ship to Zambia. Even when a parcel is sent, you are left wondering whether the goods match the photos.

That is the gap EasyImport4U fills. You tell us what you want and our team handles the buying, the supplier communication, the checking and the shipping, so you get the low China price without the stress.

How it works, step by step

• Create a free account and tell us what you need by chat, link, picture or voice note. You do not need a supplier link.
• Receive an itemized quotation showing the product cost, the shipping fee and our 5% service fee.
• Pay from your wallet and we place the order with the supplier.
• We inspect your goods in our Guangzhou warehouse, repack them and ship them to Zambia.
• Track every stage on your dashboard until the goods are in your hands.

Factory prices from verified suppliers

Our team searches for the best verified suppliers and goes direct to the source wherever possible, so the price you see is a factory price and not a shop price with several middlemen added. Customers regularly find that the same item costs up to 5 times less than buying it from local shops in Zambia.

What you can buy

Almost anything that can legally be imported: phones and accessories, home appliances, clothing and shoes, shop stock, beauty products, tools, electronics, furniture, car parts and more. If you are not sure whether something can be bought or shipped, describe it in chat and we will tell you.

Delivery to Zambia

Air freight takes 3 to 6 working days and sea freight takes 14 to 21 days. We deliver directly in Lusaka and use our Platinum logistics partner for other towns. Read more on our air and sea freight page.

Never guess where your parcel is: an email at every step

Some companies leave customers guessing and hoping for a phone call that may never come. With EasyImport4U you receive an email at every stage of progress, even the small ones: when your parcel leaves our Guangzhou warehouse on its way to the airport, when it is being inspected, when it is being repacked, and at each step after that until it is delivered.

Before we buy anything, our team sends you pictures and the price inside your private chat on the platform, never on WhatsApp or any third party app. You confirm by pictures, and we only buy when you say yes. Once your goods reach Lusaka, our own delivery team brings them to your home.

Everything is transparent, so you can relax at home knowing your parcel is with a dedicated team that keeps you informed from start to finish.
