Air and Sea Freight From China to Zambia

Air freight, 3 to 6 working days

Our maximum delivery time for air shipments is 6 days, guaranteed. In most cases your shipment arrives within 3 days. Only during periods of exceptionally high demand might delivery take a little longer, and it will still arrive within our 6 day guarantee.

Sea freight, 14 to 21 days

For bulky or heavy goods, sea shipping is the economical choice. Delivery takes 14 to 21 days, never more.

Our own shipping network

Because we use our own dedicated network, you are not stuck waiting on unknown middlemen. Your goods pass through our Guangzhou warehouse, where they are inspected, verified and repacked before they leave.

Follow your shipment live

Your dashboard shows each stage: order placed, in our warehouse, inspected, repacked, in transit, arrived in Zambia, inspected and confirmed, and delivered to your hands.

Delivery inside Zambia

We deliver directly in Lusaka and use our Platinum logistics partner for customers in other towns.

What your receipt looks like

Every order comes with a branded, itemized receipt and a full progress checklist that you can download as an image or PDF.

Our own network, not a middleman

We do not hand your air shipment to a third party shipping company. It travels on our own network from our Guangzhou warehouse, so no outside shipping company adds its own markup to your shipping fee. The only time we bring in a partner is our Platinum logistics service for customers who live far from Lusaka. We also talk to you in our own secure inbox instead of WhatsApp, so your orders and quotations stay on our platform.
