Many suppliers only deal in Chinese, ask for bank payments you cannot easily make, or ship goods that do not match the photos. We handle the language, the payment and the quality check, and we stand behind the order with a 100% money back guarantee.
What we do for you
- Find the product from verified suppliers and factories
- Place the order with the supplier for you
- Receive and inspect the goods in our Guangzhou warehouse
- Repack them properly for the trip
- Ship by air or sea and deliver in Zambia
Not only China
We also source from the USA, the UK, Turkey, Germany, India and other countries. Tell us where the product is cheapest or best and we will handle it.
No link? No problem
Most agents ask for a product link. We do not. Describe what you want, send a picture or record a voice note, and we will find it. Our team prices it and sends an itemized quotation with the product cost, shipping fee and 5% service fee.
Track every step
Your dashboard shows when your order is placed, in our warehouse, inspected, repacked, in transit and delivered. Each receipt carries a full progress checklist that you can download as an image or PDF.
What your receipt looks like
Every order comes with a branded, itemized receipt and a full progress checklist that you can download as an image or PDF.
We look forward to serving you again.

Our own network, not a middleman
We do not hand your air shipment to a third party shipping company. It travels on our own network from our Guangzhou warehouse, so no outside shipping company adds its own markup to your shipping fee. The only time we bring in a partner is our Platinum logistics service for customers who live far from Lusaka. We also talk to you in our own secure inbox instead of WhatsApp, so your orders and quotations stay on our platform.
